Inspired by the Ayurvedic tradition of healing foods from South Asia, this recipe of mixed-fruit chutney utilizes high-fibre ingredients containing anti-inflammatory properties of freshly grated turmeric root (not dried), pineapple, and ginger root.
Sweetened by the fruit and fruit juices used in the chutney. No cane-sugar is necessary.
